Refund will be issued within 30 days from the day the student withdraws. The $50.00 Annual Registration Fee is nonrefundable After Cancelation Period
- Please note: No refunds will be given after the second class meeting of your course begins. You may, however, postpone one term forward (see "Transfers" below). Transfer fees ($50) are nonrefundable. Click here for details about transfers.
- HSEI Attendance and Late Policy:
- Students are expected to attend classes on time. If a student is late and the class has already started, the teacher will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes for the student to log in. If the student fails to join the class within this grace period, the class will be canceled, and no makeup session will be provided. It is the responsibility of the students to attend classes promptly.
- In case of illness or emergency, if a student misses one or maximum of two classes, they must provide proof to the school, such as a doctor's note or relevant documentation. Upon submission of valid proof, the school will make an effort to arrange makeup sessions for a maximum of two missed classes per semester only.
- If a teacher is unable to conduct a class due to sickness, students are guaranteed makeup classes for all the missed sessions caused by the teacher's illness. Alternatively, if makeup classes cannot be arranged, students have the option to receive a school credit for the classes missed due to the teacher's sickness. - It is important to note that the school will not provide makeup classes for students who miss classes without providing valid proof, such as doctor's notes, for their absences. The maximum number of makeup classes provided by the school remains two classes per semester.
